Account Payable Supervisor
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for jobcost in AP side for jurnal , reconsile data and report, especially for notes balance sheet
* Control payment process
* Verified payment request, and authorized to approved payment request for all companies
* Generate report AP outstanding on weekly basis, and resposible for monthly report for management
* Control expenses with vendor contract / agreement and PO
* Reponsible for monthly tax reconciliation for all companies, also calculate tax payable and tax audit
Requirements:
* Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy.
* At least 4 years of working experience as finance or accounting supervisor.
* Strong leadership and good communication skill.
* Can work under pressure and details oriented.
* Good knowledge in Tax regulation, preferable having experience with tax auditor
* Must be willing to work in BSD - Tangerang.
