Country Human Resources Manager – Jakarta (Requisition ID 15114)

The candidate would develop, implement and coordinate policies and programs covering Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Training, Employee & Labor Relations, and Personnel Research. Part of the job would be to counsel managers on HR policies, procedures and programs, manage the Indonesia HR team and communicate HR related programs to managers and employees.

To be considered for this job, candidates must be holding a Bachelor’s Degree coupled with 7-10 years of hands-on Human Resources experience. Previous work experience in the Oil & Gas industry as well as knowledge of SAP and other HR systems will be an added advantage. The ideal candidate should be outspoken, team-player, good communicator, analytical, flexible and forward thinker. He/she should be able to work independently and demonstrate leadership and organizational skills.

Senior Human Resources Representative – Balikpapan (Requisition ID 15212)

Reporting to the Country Human Resources Manager, the incumbent would handle day-to-day Human Resources activities, assist in the recruitment and on-boarding process, respond to employees inquiries on Human Resources issues and ensure that they are resolved, follow up on local medical and life insurance enrolments and administration and maintain and update the various HR Information Systems related to SAP, recruitment, training, performance management, etc.

The ideal candidate should be a Bachelor Degree holder, having at least 5 years Human Resources experience and excellent command of English and computer skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks is required.
