SENIOR / PRODUCT QUALITY ENGINEER (Code: SPQE/PQE)

Requirements:

* Degree in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering with 3 years (PQE) & 6 years (Senior PQE) in the electronics manufacturing industry
* Knowledge of ISO 9000 and 14000 systems
* Knowledge in IPC standard (PCBA) and PCBA process
* Good Communication skill in English
* Able to drive the manufacturing people to improve the quality

QMS ENGINEER (Code: QMSE)

Requirements:

* Diploma/Degree in Electronics/Mechanical Engineering with 2 years experience PCBA manufacturing industry
* Experience in handling customer & customer CARs
* Knowledge in ISO/TL9001, ISO 14001 & ISO/TS 16949
* Qualified Lead Assesor is preferable
* Experience in Implementing & Maintaining Quality & Environmental systems
* Good communication skills

STORE SYSTEM SUPERVISOR (Code: SS)

Requirements:

* Degree with minimum 1 years logistic supervisory experience in managing a store operation, preferably in an electronics contract manufacturing environment
* Good knowledge and experience in material management in PCBA manufacturing environment
* Familiar in using MRP applications preferably Oracle System is advantage
* Good with numbers, interpersonal and communication skills
* Good in Excel software ,able to speak and write English

QA SUPERVISOR (Code: QASPV)

Requirements:

* Diploma/Degree with min. 1 year experience in PCB & QA
* SPC & IPC knowledge is preferable
* Knowledge about ISO 9001:2000 & computer literate

CLERK STORE (Code: CS)

Requirements:

* Female maximum 25 years old
* Diploma / Senior High School with 2 years relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
* Good communication skill, English and computer Literate

FACILITIES ENGINEER (Code: FE)

Requirements:

* Able to Supervise and monitoring contract building cleaning crews
* Keep and update all relevant facilities department record and procedures
* Knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 9001 standard and procedures for facilities areas are followed
* Diploma/Degree in Engineering with 2 years experience
* Good knowledge in electricity, mechanical and air conditioner system
* Skill in facilities equipment maintenance in electrical, air conditioner, DI water system and fire alarm system

SMT LINE MAINTENANCE – EA (Code: LMSMT- EA)

Requirements:

* D3/ Degree Engineering holder with minimum 2 years experience in SMT (FUJI machine) working environment
* Able to execute planned preventive maintenance for all SMT Equipment
* Able to improve production yield & quantity
Able to ensure all SMT lines is maintain with good production yield to achieve department’s target
* Able to ensure Fuji-cam network & verified software are well supported for all Fuji mounting machines
* Able to work independently with minimum supervision

SENIOR/ PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR (Code: SPVS /SPV)

Requirements:

* Degree with 3 years relevant supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
* Able to manage, lead and motivate a team of production operators to achieve production schedule and quality outputs
* Perform Line balancing and work lay out to ensure work done effectively and efficiency
* Assign to certain project to follow up on the product changes, quality performance
* Willing to perform working for 3 shift

TECHNICAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST (Code: TS-IT)

Requirements:

* Diploma in IT or related fields with at least 3 years working experience
* Good knowledge of networking and Windows 2000/2003 Server and Workstation Administration
* Experience in AD Environment, SOX404, barcode scanning and production data collection concept will be added advantages
* Good English both communication and written
* Willing to perform working 3 shift

DEBUG ENGINEERING ASSISTANT (Code: DEA)

Requirements:

* D3 in Electronics with relevant working experience
* Min 1 year experience in debugging PCBA
* Able to read circuit diagram ( schematic )
* Able to debug and repair of PCBA / hardcore board
* Good analysis on component failure, good skill on soldering and rework
* Willing to perform working 3 shift

HANDLOAD MAINTENANCE (Code: HLDM)

Requirements:

* Diploma Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
* Support & troubleshoot Production line equipment eg. Wave-soldering, Aqueous cleaner, conveyer lines and preventive maintenance equipment
Minimum 1 – 2 years experience in PCBA manufacturing industry
