Selamat bagi para pelamar yang telah berhasil pada tahap registrasi online dan memasuki tahap verifikasi. Untuk verifikasi Saudara diwajibkan :

1. Membawa Surat Lamaran yang telah ditandatangani dengan melampirkan :

a. Riwayat Hidup (CV)
b. Surat Keterangan sehat dan tidak buta warna;
c. Foto kopi ijasah dan transkrip nilai yang telah dilegalisir;
d. Foto kopi akte/surat kelahiran;
e. Foto kopi KTP yang masih berlaku;
f. Pas foto berwarna (menghadap ke depan) terbaru ukuran 4 x 6 sebanyak 3(tiga) lembar;
g. Surat Pernyataan (sesuai dengan format yang telah disediakan dalam registrasi online) di atas materai Rp 6.000,00.
