Engineer – Billing Application Planner (Code : Billing - Planner)
Requirements:
*Bachelor degree in Telecommunication/Electronic/IT Engineering
*More than 2 years work experience in Billing System and application development for telecommunication
*Job Duties:
a. Prepare Business plan for Billing and application system
b. Provide technical documentation and requirement for current/new technologies in Billing and application system
c. Provide road map for Billing architecture and provisioning
d. Coordinator project in Billing and application system, work close with Billing development
e. Interfacing with marketing and commerce to provide preliminary study on provisioning for new marketing promo (program)
*Fluent in English
*Good in Technical writing
