Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing and based in Jakarta you will be responsible for leading and monitoring day to day Credit Cards sales and collection Team at Medan/ Bandung/ Semarang/ Surabaya/ Makassar Office, in order to achieve sales & collection targets. In addition, act as point of contact for handling customer’s complaint related to service, technology related issues, premises related issues, etc.
You will be pro-actively involved with Head of Sales and Marketing (Jakarta Office) to develop a long-term sales strategy and examine how to optimize the existing customer base, to attract and retain new businesses. Also work alongside Head of Collection (Jakarta Office) to provide leadership and expert guidance in collection of delinquent accounts. You will be required to ensure compliance with the bank policy and procedure and local statutory requirements and manage the day to day office related matters (eg. Premises, IT, general expenses etc). You will grow your portfolio with the appropriate risk exposure by accurately identifying and assessing all risk inherent in credit exposures and ensuring quality judgements are made, ensuring quality and integrity of data and analysis of accounts in the set and ensuring sharing of “best practices†ideas.
Requirements:
You would be expected to have a bachelor’s degree from a reputable University. Marketing qualifications and/or broad consumer product marketing experience - ideally within credit card business would be preferred. Extensive leadership skills and good communication skills both in English and Bahasa are pre-requisites for this role.
In addition, understanding of the business, demonstrating initiatives (proposed by HR) and teamwork (proposed by HR) will act as assets to your application. It will also be good if you show continuous improvement focus with ability to lead the team and also foster collaboration, trust and open communication.
