Corporate Acquisition Outside Jabodetabek Area Manager ( Code : CAOJAM)

Summary of Main Responsibilities :

- To increase company’s performance through Corporate Employee Program outside Jabodetabek area channel from BII portfolio base

- To manage Corporate Acquisition Jabodetabek Area working closely with Sales Corporate Acquisition and ULB Coordinator outside Jabodetabek in order to achieve Bank Internasional Indonesia’s mission and vision

- Set up, control, evaluate and implement all activities regarding the sales activities through Corporate Acquisition channel on their area responsibility in order to make sure and to achieve target number

- Develop motivational program & monitoring the result from all sales team

Qualifications :

- Education background min S1

- Age maximum 40 years old

- Min 3 years experience in managing sales

- Good understanding in credit card business

- Overall understanding on Corporate Employee Program management

- Good experience in dealing with prospect companies

- Fast learning on credit card product

- Good experience in leading & coordinating sales team to achieve the sales target

- Good relationship and coordination with related unit in order to achieve the target

- Knowledge of sales methods, records and reports

- Computer literacy and numerical typing skills
