Customer Service Officer
You will serve customers at the SIA Service Centre/Ticket Offices and manage all reservations and ticketing related matters.
Singapore Citizen or Permanent resident. You should possess a Polytechnic Diploma and preferably have experience in front-line customer servicing. You should also have good service attributes and verbal communication skills. You must also be prepared to perform shift duties.
During your first year, you will attend functional courses and briefings. On-the-job training will also be a key feature.
