We are a long established general insurance company in Jakarta with many branches through Indonesia. In the course of our change and growth we are looking for talented and committed people with a continuous record of achievements for the position of:
Agency Development Manager (ADM)
Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the growth of national agency premium production
* Develop and manage marketing plans including product development for agents
* Recruit, train and manage agency force
* Setting incentive plans for agency force
* Assist all Branch Managers to develop agency force
Requirements:
* Educational background minimum S1 in any discipline with minimum GPA 2.85 from reputable University
* Have at least minimum 2 years experienced at middle management level in the area of insurance business industry, especially from general insurance would have added advantage
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skill of both in bahasa Indonesia and English;
* Posses entrepreneurship skill, sales oriented and have broaden relationship with any parties
* Male or Female between 30 - 45 years old
* Wiling to travel to our branches all over Indonesia (Surabaya, Medan, Bandung, Denpasar; Tanjung Pinang, Makasar, Manado, Malang, Solo, Semarang, Pekanbaru, Yogyakarta, Pontianak, Palembang, Samarinda, Batam, Banda Aceh or any other places)
* Management skill, strong leadership, organizational skills, high achievement and target oriented, creative and innovative and have strong presentation skill
* Computer literate and proficient in office application tools
