Staff Collection Agency CF (COL CF-04)
Responsibilities:
* The jobholder is responsible to manage and control of the Consumer Finance Collection in order to maximise collections by controlling flow rates and minimize the delinquency of each circle.
* The jobholder s responsible to manage and control of Outsourced Field Collectors (pre-agency) and Pick Up Service Agencies by coordinating, controlling productivity, performance, and quality.
Requirements:
* Hold minimum Bachelor Degree from reputable university
* Must have a minimum of 1 year experience in collection
* Must have a good command of both spoken and written English
* Must have negotiation skill and people management
* Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity
* Proficiency in Computer Literate (MS Office) is required
* Pleasant personality, customer service oriented, and able to work with team
* Has strong drive to succeed
