Finance And Accounting Manager

Responsibilities:

* Design the accounting policy based on Indonesia GAAP (PSAK).
* Manage & supervise all activities in Accounting Dept, including GL, AR, AP, INV, FA, payroll, tax etc.
* Prepare periodical financial statement accurately and timely;
* Accept external audit and internal audit;
* Managing cash flow.
* Controlling cost & budget.
* Providing analysis report.
* Supervising and developing staff.
* Ensure all the accounting issue comply with local law;

Requirements:

* Hold bachelor degree (S1) or above (S2) from accounting/finance;
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position especially in retail company
* Preferably Managers specializing in Finance – Audit/Taxation or equivalent;
* Familiar with any computerized accounting software especially Oracle;
* Excellent knowledge in Tax, have brevet A&B;
* Good articulation in English (written and oral);
* Good leadership & managerial skills;
* Able to work under pressure;
* Full-Time positions available.
