Sales Trainer
(Kalimantan Barat, Kalimantan Selatan, Kalimantan Tengah, Kalimantan Timur)

Responsibilities:

* Responsible in conducting agency training and educational programs and monitoring of the
* effectiveness of programs executed.
* To support agency team leaders and ensure all agency force in achieving company target
* Contribute to agency development by delivering coaching and working partnership with leaders for
* recruiting, productivity, active agent ratio, premium, and persistency
* Maintain compliance based on SOP and company regulation
* Responsible to build a communication with agency force for business and training matter.
* Report completion on time

Requirements:

* Bachelor degree
* Min. 2 years experience in Insurance/Banking/Financial industry
* Advance capability to deliver training and managing result
* Good understanding of Agency blue print
* Strong knowledge in training and educational methods (role play facilitation)
* Comprehensive understanding of industrial information
* Willing to travel
