We are seeking a self-motivated team player for the following position in our Jakarta office:

Sales Engineer

Responsibilities:

* Sales & Marketing

o Implement sales objectives and strategies for assigned customers within defined region
o Establish contacts with major OEMs and end-user of specified industry and giving these customers technical support and service
o Observe technical details by visiting application site frequently in order to secure suitable bearing supply
o Travelling within defined region
o Report timely marketing information and competitors’ information to managers
o Assist organising technical seminar by technical experts
o Expand market share with new customers with help of sales managers
o Provide quality after-sales service to customers
o Ensure meeting annual sales target and spend within expenses budget assigned

* Technical

o Provide engineering support to regional offices, distributors, OEMs and end-users
o Advise major end-users on bearing application related problems
o Conduct product presentations and practical training seminars
o Investigate bearing demands in specific industries
o Liaise with South East Asia regional office and German headquarters on technical matters

Requirements:

* Strictly a Degree / Tertiary Education in Mechanical Engineering Discipline
* Having 3 to 4 years’ experience in a bearings’ industry
* Fluent in English is a must, both oral and written
* Familiar with Windows and Microsoft Application
* Aggressive with strong commitment
* Willing to travel within the region
* Team player with good communication skills
* Willingness to learn and possess a positive attitude
* Possess own car is preferable
