To support our growing client base we are currently looking for candidates to interview for the following positions:

Junior Art Director

Responsibilities:

* Location Jakarta, Indonesia
* Division Creative Services Division
* Grade range 22-24
* Salary range IDR 4,250,000 – IDR 4,750,000/ month (Nett) plus benefits

* Job Descriptions:

o Junior Art Director (JAD) is a creative and conceptual designer with a proven track record of providing visual communication solutions to a high level. He or she will work closely with the Creative Director and provides art direction, project management and high level customer liaison skills. JAD will be working in a corporate, complex and fun environment and is able to ensure that work is carried out in accordance with the client’s needs. JAD will be working on large international projects as well as smaller ones with internal clients on a regular basis.

* Reporting line and duties

o Reports directly to Creative Director
o Create graphic collateral for marketing materials, including collateral, print advertisements, branding, web sites, internal/external publications.
o Conduct creative research on projects under the Creative Director’s direction.
o Ability to collaborate and lead team members in the development of solutions for both the company and its clients.
o Think conceptually and be involved in the initial project ideas.
o Have a good taste and knowledge of graphic design trends.
o Communicate with the clients.

Requirements:

* Male/Female
* Age Below 30 years old
* Experience Minimum of 3-4 years working experience in Art Directing and advertising. Have extensive experience in designing corporate identity, marketing collaterals and magazine layouts
* Education University graduate/Bachelor degree in Visual Communication, management or equivalent.

* Communication skills

o Excellent English, both verbal and written with good attention to detail.
o Fluent in Mandarin & Cantonese would be a plus.

# Skills

* Having a great sense of art and design it’s a must.
* Possess excellent skills in Art Direction in the field of advertising, print media and interactive media such as website.
* Mastering in several graphic application such as InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Excellent typography, layout, illustration and graphic design skills.
* Strong project management skills with experience in implementing and managing large projects.
* Ability to present design and ideas to internal and external clients.

Your grade and salary will be determined by your qualification and working experience.
Candidates with less working experience will be considered as Senior Graphic Designer or Junior
Art Director.
